Beach-clean up with Clean Shores Norway

Hello beach cleaners! 

The whole of Norway is gathering far and wide for a joint clean-up action from the 13th - 22nd of September called Strandryddeuka - we will be cleaning a coastline at Ustein Kloster. 

This is a perfect community activity to get to know your region, network with fellow likeminded friendly people, make a positive impact on your surroundings, feel good about yourselves and get a cleaner planet in return. 

Join our session together with Clean Shores Norway to learn a bit about their initiative, how much plastic and waste they remove each year and how you can be part of the solution.

Please bring friends and family, the more hands the better! 

See the weather forecast for the day here and dress accordingly.

We will schedule a bus departing from Stavanger for those without a vehicle of your own, departing at 11.00 from Rosenkildehuset towards Ustein Kloster.

Please indicate in the comment field if you will need transportation.

The bus will arrive at Klostergården, park here if you are arriving with your own car. 

What should you bring? 

Warm clothing that's weather appropriate and you feel comfortable handling waste in.

Rubber boots or other solid shoes.

Lunch / snacks and water. 

Clean Shore Norway will provide us all with gloves, bags and vest.
