Øyvind crossed the Atlantic sea with three friends in a rowing boat.   4 excel-geeks all working days and nights in private equity, investment banking and asset management – only 1 of them having finished his military service, embarked on a historic journey to become the youngest Norwegians to ever row across any world ocean. With no previous rowing experience, 2 years of training, and a 1.5 MNOK budget to be financed by sponsors, they share their story of building a team to tackle the harsh conditions of Atlantic Ocean storms in an 8 meter rowing boat.

Whynde Kuehn loves to push her boundaries and challenge herself with endurance adventures and big goals.  She runs ultramarathons and enjoys mountaineering, especially on big mountain expeditions.  In her day job, she helps companies, non-profit organizations, and governments to transform and grow, which can be a demanding endeavor on a large scale.  What she truly loves though, and has learned a few things about, is how to approach a journey.  Whynde will share her perspective on how to think about and truly enjoy the journey, including sharing some of her favorite lessons from the mountain.
