Norwegian labour law imposes rules and regulations that might appear odd and unfamiliar to foreign management. This can result in unnecessary conflicts in the workplace.

In this meeting we will highlight the most common misunderstandings in the professional sector, and present the key framework of Norwegian labour law.

The presentation will be given by senior lawyer/lawyer Ann Mari Winterhus Fjeld and Ingvild Sandal at Arntzen de Besche.
