Both hikes are about 6 kilometer as a roundtrip. Pilå is located at 217 m above sea level, and Rennesøyhodnet 238. Nice landscape, no climbing and a combination of walking on farmland and farmroads. Both places have access by bus. We promise a nice hike, and choose the trail that might be best due to wind/weather. Two or three hours hike, depending on the group and conditions. We don't want to "run". An important mission for this hike is networking and become familiar with the area.
Preparations:
- hiking boots or rubber boots, a wind breaker or rain gear, a small back pack with lunch and drinks.
Both places have access with bus nr 10 from Stavanger City Centre, and within sone Nord-Jæren. A 24 hours ticket (train and bus) is NOK 60 for adults/ NOK 30 for children and students.
