Job Search and Career: Gender equality in employment

Obama said “Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.” 

Our speaker, Guro A. Johnsen, has added, “If no one else will do something, I have to do it”.  Guro aims to reduce the time before we reach gender equality and create “A world where talent has no gender”.
