American Chamber of Commerce host a livestream with author Nick Morgan. In Can You Hear Me?: How to Connect with People in a Virtual World, communications expert Nick Morgan introduces research from neuroscience to help us understand why we lose so much meaning in virtual communications, and new guidelines for getting better at it.
