The Stavanger Chamber of commerce and ONS (Offshore Northern Seas) invite you to a digital dialogue between young voices and more experienced actors in Stavanger's business community.
At this event we will look at values of the youth and compare it to what future work life will look like.
What are the values of young people? How do young people choose a workplace based on ethical and moral points of view? Do young people feel that they can trust that the energy industry and the business community take the climate challenge / diversity seriously? Does the traditional business community trust that young people do their job themselves with new demands on the workplace? What do the business community find difficult when they try to get young people on the team?
These are some questions we hope to answer.
Goal:
Better understanding between generations, a more concrete list of actions. The young generationshould feel understood and have received more information on how they can make themselves more relevant and useful in the labor market. The elder generation should have gained more insight into how values govern the work preferences of young people and how the young people envisage working in the future.
Join us in the discussion, and contribute to a prosperous future work life for all generations.
