Job search and career: Stand out in your interview

Together with experienced recruiters from Human, this workshop has been designed for job seekers at all levels who want to polish their interview skills and write a relevant, structured and attractive application.

What You’ll Learn:

• Strategies for making a positive impact from the moment you walk in. We’ll discuss tips on body language, appropriate attire, and engaging in small talk to ease into the conversation confidently.
• The art of storytelling by structuring answers that showcase your skills and experiences. We’ll explore how to answer common questions like "Tell me about yourself" or "Describe a challenge you've faced" in a way that feels natural and memorable.
• Handling Tough Questions like "Why should we hire you? and how to describe your strengths and weaknesses.
• Asking Insightful Questions: Interviews are a two-way street. Discover how to ask questions that show you’ve researched the company and genuinely care about the role. 
• To help you put these skills into action, the session will include practice exercises and mock interviews to build confidence in real-life scenarios.

This is a course designed to enhance your understanding of how to best present yourself through an application and in a job interview.
