Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned runner, join us to make friends, stay in shape, and be part of a vibrant, diverse community and not to mention, learn to embrace Norwegian weather conditions. The group is lead by Sendhil Kumar.
Running is a low-threshold activity that does not call for a new wardrobe or fancy equipment, you simply need some running shoes and something to wear. Being outside is a big part of the Norwegian culture and the phrase "det finnes ikke dårlig vær, bare dårlig klær" is widely used and considered as facts. This is our way of getting you out and about and easing the transition together with the SCI Community.
Incorporating running into your life can significantly improve both your physical and mental well-being, helping you lead a healthier and more balanced life.
This run takes place around Store Stokkavatnet - an 8 km jog around the lake. The session starts with a light warmup and rounds off with a stretch.
