Site 4016 is Smedvig’s unique innovation cluster for the construction industry. The cluster requires content and services, which is accessible for tenants through Life@Work – a digital app making every day easier for tenants and users of office buildings. This requires a solid infrastructure.
A good wireless network and fast Internet access should be standard in all workplaces. At Site 4016, Veni has established a shared, secure network that provides tenants with the network services they need, ensuring high uptime and excellent quality. The network is also integrated with other building technology systems, making Site 4016 a pleasant place for tenants and guests alike.
Today everything is in the Cloud – so we need a decent network for it all to work. For smart, secure, and efficient collaboration in a modern workplace, access to and effective use of cloud-based platforms like Microsoft 365 is essential. We’ll show you some of the most essential tools, and how they can create value for you and your workday.
Welcome to a night at ARK, Site 4016 with Veni and Smedvig!
You'll be inspired, experience the cluster atmosphere yourself, and get an introduction to how technology usage and implementation can enhance a positive work environment.
TECH-NIGHT is an informal meeting place for everyone who's psyched about technology in all it's glory! This will be a melting pot across academia, business and public sector. Everyone is welcome to join the discussion!

Speakers
Sekou Henry Sheriff
Sekou specializes in networks and seamless collaboration in buildings and workplaces. He helps customers integrate Building Management Systems with traditional networking, focusing on security, wireless networking, and integration with facility management systems (Life@Work). Sekou holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Security from the University of South Wales, and has previously taught Network and IT Security at Noroff.
Tom Mullens
With over 16 years of experience, Tom specializes in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, MS Teams, and change management. At Veni, he has played a key role in helping customers integrate Microsoft Cloud technologies. Tom began his career in Belgium as a SharePoint developer and has since transitioned to a role as a business consultant. He is passionate about Microsoft 365 and is dedicated to guiding both Veni's Microsoft Cloud team and its clients.
