The Norwegian Health System

Whether you're an international professional, a newcomer to Norway, or simply interested in learning more, this session will give you valuable insights into how the Norwegian health system operates.

It will include everything from booking a visit with your GP to accessing emergency care (Legevakt) and hospital services.

In this session, you will also learn about healthcare centers for children (helsestasjonen) and the essential services they provide.  This is a great chance to ask questions and feel more confident about your healthcare options and your rights as a patient.

Speakers will be Chief Medical Officers from Stavanger Municipality.
