COVID-19 Routines
Our routines are made in accordance with advice from the local health authority and the Infectious Disease Service.
SICK: if you feel even slightly unwell do not attend any meetings
TRAVEL: if you´ve been travelling abroad, or travelling to areas with a higher infection rate, wait 10 days before attending any of our events
TRANSPORT: follow advice from the Norwegian Institute of Public Health and take extra care when you know you will be meeting a group of people
DISTANCE: Keep safe distance from other participants in meeting rooms and common areas. Our meetings will have limited space, and will run with 1/3 of normal capacity
HYGIENE: wash hands often. Sneeze into your elbow or into a tissue. Good hand hygiene and cough etiquette are so important.
TELEPHONE NUMBER: It is mandatory to register your phone number when signing up for an event in order for us to quickly be able to contact people should the need arise.
REGISTRATION ON THE DAY: The day before you are attending an event you will be sent a QR code to prove your participation. We will scan the code on arrival, so remember to bring your mobile.
