A managing director doing things her way

During her childhood and youth she often felt different from the others. When she moved to Bergen to study she finally felt "at home".
- At the university everyone where different from each other, but everyone excepted each other, Høie explains.

Success
The oil company which she has been directing for the past year, partly from Bergen and partly from Stavanger, is young and small. Despite this, Petrolia Noco has made the most extensive oil discovery in the North Sea to date this year. Many are saying that this is no coincidence.
- The team is very dedicated. They believe in what they do, and they all want to do their best, she says. We are very open to each other, and everyone can say their opinion.
