Rogaland has most patent applications in Norway, and this has led to many competitors opening smaller local offices in the region. In an ever shrinking world it is becoming more and more important to protect inventions and trademarks. Safeguarding interests and investments within technology and design. Håmsø has guided companies through the patent jungle since 1950. It´s not unusual for a patent company to have to explain what they do. It´s very complex and there is an interdisciplinary team working at the company which marks its´ 70th anniversary in 2020.
