When the newly elected New Stavanger council convenes in November, a number of politicians will be appointed to new board positions within municipal and intercommunal organisations and companies.
The opinions around this are many. No, says former politician, Trond Birkedal. Yes, says former county mayor, Roald Bergsaker. Yes and no, says newly appointed Mayor of Stavanger, Kari Nessa Nordtun.
Approximately 197 persons from New Stavanger city council are needed to fill these aforementioned positions.
